    Great service and very knowledgeable. I wanted a cooling pillow, and a cheap one I bought at Costco wasn't cutting it. I'm terrible at names, but the salesman who was there on a quiet Sunday afternoon was respectful and brought me several options to try. I never felt pressured and now I'll have years of nice, cool sleep ahead of me!
