  After a couple of visits from a number of kitchen reno/design outfits we decided to go with CWIK. The whole process started off okay with our requirements being carefully considered and implemented into a difficult space and then drawn up for us to see. The showroom is great with nice settings to get a real sense of the materials they use, how its installed and at the back all the possible variants to get your dream kitchen. With the design agreed to and materials picked out it was time for the pain to start. Its not cheap, details of pricing are confusing and the timeframe was longer than what we were told. Still we needed a kitchen. Our contractor looked at the drawings and immediately saw flaws, stove by a wall, cabinets too big for walk space among others which I brought back to our designer. Changes were made along with final hardware and colour choices which bumped our final price. Next installation: quick, cheap and unprofessional. They contract out, be careful. Our hardware didn't show up along with some cabinetry. 4 weeks (2 for construction holiday) after they showed up, we got the rest of our stuff which was installed with some of the problems corrected but other still. We have called numerous times to the owners who have not returned our calls in order to arrange for the final adjustments for over a month. Make sure the final payment is more significant than what they ask for. They have a good product but the follow up service is awful. Certainly not worth the asking price.
