  You wouldn’t believe how freakin long it takes to get a bed set ordered! God knows where there suppliers are in this world! I bought a bed set for my daughter who is moving out in NOVEMBER 2017 we are now going into MARCH 2018!!!!! I called the store countless of times and always got the run around..... my sales rep forget about him he never once returned my call to let me know what the heck is going on! I finally got a girl on the phone Andréa who at first says that I should have know my bed is back order that it says it in there useless system & on my bill. Clearly not if I’m waiting this long and had to delay my daughters move!! She then tried assisting me and helped me complete my order to have it delivered! At this point I would have my sales rep removed and give her the commission! I feel scammed and lied to by the sales rep
